Does the Perma-illusion come as a clickie or buff or? wondering if u have to click something everytime u zone or something or if your character will appear as your new race even on the character select screen. One more thing, how much does it cost to have this done?

No clickie, it's just becomes a buff that doesn't fade when you zone. No, your character retains their original race in the character selection screen. It's just an illusion buff that never fades.

It costs whatever an enchanter with the appropriate AAs wants to charge you.
