Try using EQPN (EQPlayNice). Try disabling EQPN. Try to run the game without EQWin. Try to update your video drivers.

and what is EQplaynice ?? my driver is forceware 91.33

and is this problem release to the setting of the graphic card??
my setting is mostly consider performance and driver is XG forceware 91.31e
by the way the old card mx 440 also have a same problem

and i get no problem to run 2 everquest on SOE

i dont have problem on live just eqw get this problem
EQPN just make the windows not ficker at high but still ficker at low frequent
