Whats happening on WR ? ?

I talked a 3rd coworker into playing and he's getting frustrated. At level 10 his paladin was getting owned by a blue mob 1 on 1. We were having to heal him and help him finish it off to get him caught up. He was hitting for around 5 or 6 while the bat in centaur hills was hitting him for 15-20. It seems like things have gotten a bit harder, but I thought maybe it was supposed to ramp up a bit after lvl 10. I'm only lvl 12 at the moment.

A level 9 mob will hit for a max of 20. A level 10 paladin will only hit for 6 if he's fighting with his fists, even the crude sword will do more than that. There absolutely isn't any issue with soloing blues at level 10.

I'm almost positive that his axe was hitting for 4, 5, and 6 most of the time. I could be wrong on those numbers. I'll pay more attention tonight and find out for sure.

I thought you meant a max of 6. Regardless, from all tests and observations soloing blues is not an issue at level 10.

so I dont get it...has there been some sort of stealth nerf to players or upgrades to npc's?

I'm still at a loss as to how mobs that I was soloing fine a week ago are kicking my ass 100% of the time now.

Everybody has noticed this, so surely *something* was changed other than mana regen.

LBs kick my ass pretty hard. If I get an LB and a DB its safe to say Im doomed >_<

is it supposed to eb that way? I mean my guy is no pushover so how can such mediocre mobs gank me in a pair like that?

There hasn't been any kind of stealth nerfs, damage tables are the same, and from all I've tested since this was brought up I can't find any differences.
