In order to play you need to have The right expansions first. I Know EQ Titanium works, that is what I use, I don't know if there are other packages that have all the files needed. Titanium can be found on Steam (so I have heard) or you can get it through Ebay or something.
After you get that installed, use the guide here, it shows you how to easily set up Shards of Dalaya:
