What class to round out the trio?

You guys also can't seem to recall the game pre tier 10.

This game exists before tier ten? :psyduck:

To be fair int casters except necros start sucking around tier 8 anyway. and are better in ikisith than prior but still haven't caught up quite yet.

They start being bad way before that, and throughout their career generally don't go much past liability.

I'm well aware of what the tiers are like, pretty much have characters in all of them.

I ended up throwing away the warrior for a monk, and she made a pally. Considering having her box something as the pally is kinda boring.

Thats not a bad idea. The tank classes are late bloomers anyway.
I didn't think my SK was much fun 'til mid 50s.

Make sure you all look into doing the Adepts on the way up.

if you gonna have her as a beginner box with that setup, she should go bard for the box.
monk, shaman, pally, bard would be a good 4, and the bard+paladin combo should be fairly easy to box (can just ignore the bard and have it just stand there and play songs when/if it gets too intense)

I always enjoyed my Ranger from level 1 through 65 and beyond. I put out really great DPS if im using my bow or if im being lazy/boxing I can put on auto attack and still put out impressive DPS numbers. My icerends crit for 2.9k damage and my fire DDs hit for 1.3k crits.. nowhere near a INT caster crit but still very respectable spell damage. Rangers can offtank extremely well.. by sacrificing some DPS we can do it better than any hybrid melee class or monk for that matter. At higher tiers you can pretty much main tank a lot of the exp zones. Also a ranger is a very newbie friendly class to play.

Tons of utility, tons of high number DPS, tons of "loading please wait", tons of fun? You bet!
