I'm not sure it's been discussed before , so I'll take a chance.

I found very cool gloves for my beastlord :

I was wondering about the proc, and I attacked a few mobs ; I have to mention I'm using a primary non-procing staff (1Hblunt) and secondary claws (H2H) , the latter being

I noticed during a long test that only the weapon's proc (Winter's fury) was working. So I removed my weapons, and noticed the Fury of Air proc once , but after like 5 mobs. So after some time when I noticed the proc frequency was very low (at least when I compare the barehanded delay to my weapons which are 22 and 27 consecutively) I tried with both weapons again, and didn't see one gloves proc (and I was farming greens for like 45 mn at this point).

My question is : can a gloves' proc work when you dual wield with only one H2H weapon ? It seems not, maybe the reason is to restrict the doability of multiple procs, just want to know about it.

And by the way another question : can my pervious gloves, which have Fire dmg 2 (but no proc) indeed do these 2 DMG while I'm not barehanded , and also while I'm using my normal setting (1HB and H2H).

If there is dmg or procs on gloves, it is only when you attack barehanded. Not with a h2h weapon, not with any sort of weapon at all.

Monk abilities (Everything but Round/Flying Kick) will also trigger glove procs even if you have weapons equipped.
 
I'm guessing this is on purpose DZ so item's aren't overpowered, ie you are able to proc both the lightning (233dmg iirc) and the winter's fury... however i like the idea :p
 
Will the bash skill on ogers proc a glove proc since its a fist attack? And do normal kick attacks proc the procs on boots? Or is this a total monk only thing>?

Well I don't know what you meant about this, but they sometimes proc (more or less depending of the proc I suppose), not at each kick of course.

Good question , I'd say no since it's not really H2H but from a RP pov it's more like you're attacking with your body , but that needs answer.
 
Bash requires a shield to be equipped and there are shields with a proc, slam uses the bash skill (if you have it) to calculate dmg etc, but if u have slam and no bash skill (beastlord) you can do 1 dmg with it and intterupt spells, no procing tho.
