A quick suggestion
I suggest that either the mobs be lowered extremely, or the invasions wait until 80% of the pop is 65. The server lags as if its hosted on 56k. People disconnect every zone. It upsets me to see that the zones are being over ran, and can do nothing but level in hopes of being able to assist before im grinding in the sewers.
Do not get me wrong. The war idea is great, but at the cost of lag/ d/c it is driving me nuts.

An indepth suggestion:
- Making the war easily accessible by having wizards offering direct ports to near by encampents.
- Encampments could be set up on a nearby zone to the war.
- Lowering the advancing mobs to about 20-30, Have their reinforcements be around 40-50, and the final wave before take over be 50-60.
- Have a general that spawns after 10 minutes that if killed within certain time the advancement gets halted for an hour.
- If advancement gets halted after 4 or 5 tries have army move a zone back.
