Visor of the Wardkeeper

I see the visor finally got the change from valience II to the clicky, however while the cast time says instant, it is not. Is this an oversight?

Edit: The clicky is "Glare of the wardkeeper" which i don't remember quite what it does.

I think any item that was changed last patch has this issue. It says "Casting Time: Instant" but it isn't intended to be instant, thus the cast time you see. this minor error is on a few other clicky items recently changed as well.

130hp, effect change to glare of the wardkeeper(instant cast, 1 min recast, minor atk debuff)
