There is no file named eqwin.exe on the Shards of Dalaya starting patch package.

There is eqw.exe, eqwgfx.exe, and eqw.dll. You can take apart these with a disassembler like IDA Pro 6.1 and see that the file is clean.

Please refrain from the tinfoil hats, your PC is probably infected from other means.
