I've been doing this quest for the past two days, and I have yet to see Vingrin in steamfont anywhere. I have track, so it's not like I missed a spot or anything. He just has not been there in the past two days. I now have all the pieces for the quest, but no Vingrin. Have I just been checking after someone tried, and got Vingrin killed, or is this a bugged NPC respawn?
