Hey all.

I just thought I would make a post letting everyone know that EQEmulator has a 50 Slot ventrilo server open to public use. Ventrilo is a voice communication program that uses a microphone to speak to others, and it is a great way to coordinate groups or even raids.

You can download the Ventrilo Client at Http://www.ventrilo.com

To connect to the EQEmulator Ventrilo, use the following:

Host: Ventrilo.Rogean.com
Port: 3505

If you are interested in having your own channel (Public or Private), Feel free to contact me on IRC. You will be granted channel admin privileges with your channel.

Just like Teamspeak if not better.

I was thinking how cool it would be to vent it up during EQ. Glad someone took the initiative on it.
 
I used to run a TS server for my Guild on Live and was great for some of the raids and even general chatter when hands are too busy with characters to type messages.

Will look at the Vent client once I get home.
 
For those interested, I run a Teamspeak server with unlimited clients. Just PM me for info and you can Teamspeak it up during WR sessions as well.
