I'm unsure whether Venomous Bangle is still able to be found in the Field of Bone, but I happen to have one from ~2 years ago. Unfortunately, it seems to be bugged, and I noticed it even when I first looted it. The item reads [PRISTINE] and [NO DROP] immediately upon looting despite never bearing the [BIND ON EQUIP] tag. However, upon equipping it on my character, I still get the "Venomous Bangle is being bound to your person" message.

What was the intention with this item? Was it meant to be sold and traded about, or was intended to be [NO DROP] all along? Can this be looked into please?
 
Interesting. That item is indeed flagged as both [BIND ON EQUIP] and [NO DROP]. You and the wiki are both correct on that.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the [BIND ON EQUIP] was intended and the [NO DROP] was not. This guess would be based on the other loot that drops from the same source. In order to get an answer with certainty, we'll have to wait from word from the dev that created it, though.
