Velious armor quests...

I've been wondering what the situation is on the velious armor quests, since there's no Wiki up to check them out on. Would anyone be willing to give me a run-down of it?

Do they work like the EQLive velious armor quests, where you get different armor depending on which faction you go with? If the latter, is one faction universally better, or does it depend on your class? What level do you need to be to work on the faction and/or get the quest pieces?

Thanks in advance.

SoD is not Live.

That being said, the equivelant quests involve Stormkeep and Dragonhorn Keep(ToV). You can do the quest at any level as long as you have the faction and components needed. I'd do a search in the wiki for Draconic and Stormforged as those are the two armor types involved.

Sorry, didn't remember the zone names for SOD. Haven't really travelled into that part of the world.

As I understand it, though, it's still dragon and giant faction armor quests, they're still opposed, and they're still in velious zones, hence my question about velious armor quests. As for looking it up in the wiki, I'd positively love to. Sadly, though, I seem to have misplaced my wiki. Have you a spare one laying around that you could share? We seem to be experiencing something of a shortage at the moment.

re

yeah it's giant/dragon factions. Your best bet at your lvl is to lvl your toons at the giant fort or inside SK untill ally, then switch to the caves and kills your first million wyrms until ally with them. that way you have both port necks. then once in a guild that is active in sk/tov collect gems for the ornate upgrade armor

Thanks for the advice, Seol. I'll go check it out.

Does anyone have the names of the paladin and shaman pieces that result from the quests, so I can look them up on the item DB?

Not sure if thats sarcastic or not, but a Wiki for the uniformed is basically a website where you can edit the content on there yourself. The term gained popularity after the online encyclopedia wikipedia became well-known. Nowadays many different groups have set up their own wiki's to help share information.

my guess is that it was sarcasm as he said to search on the wiki in the post above... but thx for posting for those who may have not known.
