There are only a few quests, where you need to have a raid. Vast majority are group oriented.

You can do much of the vah quest with only groups. No, you won't get the finished product, but it's been stated again and again that non-raiding characters aren't supposed to get as good gear as raiding characters. Except for Emberflow dropables I guess. :toot:
