A bit late, I know, but I wasn't around for the patch. A few of the things updated yesterday(Friday):

NPC

  • The Janir encounter will no longer spawn a chest on completion. The loot will now drop from the last NPC to die.
  • The Versikol the Chained encounter will no longer spawn a chest on completion. The loot will now drop from the last NPC to die.
  • Disciple of The One no longer spawns a chest on death. Instead, he will now drop the loot for the encounter based on the number of captives alive.
  • The above loot change will be added to trash mobs in Sepulcher of Darkness and Caverns of Darkness that spawn chests next patch.
  • Made tweaks and general improvements to the scripts of the Shade of Eurikos encounter. He should no longer summon the tank to his last location while in the body of a slain being.

Items and Effects

  • Several Caverns of Darkness items have received tweaks to their stats, AC increased, etc.
  • Sceptre of Control has been improved slighty. Its skill has also been fixed to use 1hb rather than Defense.
  • Pike of Torture and Greataxe of Sacrifice have new graphics.
  • Bracer of Corrupted Blood now has the worn effect Ferocity V(25atk) instead of Aura of Hellfire.
  • Vanezar, Bulwark of Frost has been improved to make it more attractive to all classes that can use it.
  • Vile, Boots of the First Flesh and Cherish, Gauntlets of Mending now have color tints.
  • Activated Spell Damage effects(Chaotic Destruction, Focused Channeling, etc) should now stack with Cunning of the Beast. However, they will not stack with each other.
  • Plague Shock has been changed to do 250 direct damage, and if not resisted will place a recourse on the target of the DD which increases its spell damage taken by 4% for 12 seconds. This spell damage taken works for all players casting spells and triggering spell effects on the target.
  • Deep Wound has been replaced with Mortal Cleave which does 225 direct damage. If this effect is not resisted, it now places Deep Wound on the target of the effect, which reduces the AC of the target for 18 seconds and has a minor Damage Over Time effect.

EDIT: The spells file on the patcher currently isn't updated with these spell changes. I'll get that taken care of asap. There's also a few bugs with Mortal Cleave and Plague Shock that will need to be taken care of(the recourse effects are placed on the player rather than the mob).

When will this next patch happen?
as i greatly feel chests drop nothing WAY to often
 
After giving it some thought it's not really possible atm. I'll try to get it working on the trash mobs too but there's a few reasons it can't be done right now.
