Unsure how to fix Runtime Error

I have tried repairing, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of the Visual files. Moved the directory to various places on my hard drive. I am unsure what to try next. I can fully log in and make characters but upon trying to enter the actual game, I get the crash message followed by the image error I posted. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Are you running Razer synapse, sonic radar, or nzxt cam as overlays? Those tend to not agree well with the game for whatever reason.
 
Although I have all of them on my PC, I am not running them. I have them set to off in my start up apps. I have spent hours trying to get this to work with no luck unfortunately.
 
I just upgraded to windows 11, re-ran every step and still getting the same exact issue. When I point directly to Steam, I get an error with the sodfiles.txt file. Neither way works for me. (pointing to steam or just going to C:\Everquest F2P. Both ways are crashing. Problem fixed after a lot of blood sweat and tears.....
