With the removal of akheva there are very few zones with groupable undead mobs for lvl 65s. Id like to suggest adding a zone with undead or perhaps increasing the lvl of freeport so as to give reasonable xp to 65s when grouped.
 
I'd really love to see another undead zone as well. That's definitely a paladin's strong point, but there's nothing left for us that I've been able to find.
 
Whisperling Forest is full of undeads at night. You should try this zone.
Be patient , there will probably be new undeads somewhere in the futur. That's just a speculation though :D

halls of misery perhaps?

i could duo zone in w/ taws and oifer and it was okay exp not sure how well an exp group would work there though
 
Halls of Misery is one groupable except for the bosses. Catacombs of Eldenals is almost exclusively undead. That forest has undead at night as mentioned. Also high pass and the hold was supposed to be all undead but they never got around to implementing it because of server downage.
