Unble to log in?

So, i come home from work today to try and play some Shards, and whenever i try to log into the server i get kicked back to the EULA. But on the server list, it is showing the SoD dev server being locked... which i have never noticed this server before.

Ive tried running the patcher a few times and changing settings, but stil no juju.

any suggestions?
 
but thats the thing... im not. ive got the malath whatever SoD server selected..

it lets me in every now and then if i try keep switching the account i try to log in with. but its still a hit and miss.
 
Ahh, is it still happening now? Were you able to connect ok the other day?

I can't imagine why it would show as locked if you can switch accounts and get in for a while.
