Unable tp patch eqstr_us.txt

Hi all,

I am unable to patch eqstr_us.txt. Even if I try to repatch all it start patching the other .txt files and stops at eqstr_us.txt. I tried to fix it by downloading the recommended files.txt, but I had the same problem.
