Ulidrak the Insane

I'm told that Ulidrak the Insane spawns in Southern Badlands, but I haven't seen him. Does anyone know when he spawns, or whether there are placeholders for him?

He wanders around South Badlands but mostly stays in the southern part of the zone. I picked him up on track in the south east area. If you don't have track, he can be a pain to find though...
 
Thanks for the replies. I do have track, and I think I have a good idea of where to find him, but I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to make him spawn. Are there placeholders I should be killing? (The corrupted centaur aoutrider in the area springs to mind.) Is he on a timer?
 
If I recall correctly, all the cats, elephants, and centaurs are PH's for each other (in other words, kill everything in sight for Ulidrak to spawn - although don't kill uncorrupted centaurs or kargyxx if you're interseted in keeping your faction.)
