'Ulidrak the insane'

Couldn't find another post about this, so i'd thought i'd ask here. There is a centaur in South Badlands called ulidrak the insane, and after 4 days i still have yet to see him. Could his spawn rate be increase a bit? :?

He has a PH. If you kill the PH, he spawns quite frequently. It's the centaur that wanders around south central to south east SBL.

Indeed... while camping ring 3 i killed him maybe 4 times in a 2 hour period.
