UC tweaking in response to Thaz removal

Should add a cleric usable healing increment VII item to Attendant of the Heart in PoFrost because that dude has the worst loot ever and is not worth clearing to at all.

I honestly don't think it would be that hard to put a water or air thaz named into pofrost, and smudge with the loot tables a little bit. Or you could do exactly what he's saying. There's tons of crap loot on attendant, maybe his stuff could be tweaked.
