Tylazik's Remains's quest

Question on spawning Efreeti Progenitor, Render Spawnfather, and Shadowbark Treant.
Do they spawn immediately on the spot of the kill or does it help to have a tracker to locate them?
Is there a chance they will be up without killing PH mobs?
Do they aggro right away when they spawn, so like a tank could engage them before I can do the turnin?
Epic quest, so any assistance would be appriciated.

I believe they agro AFTER the turn-in, but it has been a long while since I have done that part.

What Zorlon said. Just kill the ph mobs until they pop right there. and they just chill there until they depop or you do your thing. On the render spawnfather though it is pretty awesome to have a tracker to run you around to kill the renders as they pop. Oh and there is a chance you can run across one by luck if another group or person is around killing the phs.
