Tylazik's Remains's quest - Mutilated Skeletal Armbones

I was thinking that I'm just very unlucky, but it seems to have gone beyond that.
I'm gathering the Mutilated Skeletal bones for the shaman mask quest.
I've killed about 30 full spawns and have seen all the other drops except the Mutilated Skeletal Armbones.
Funny part is, that I haven't even seen any of the non-quest Skeletal Armbones drop off any mobs either.
Does that seem weird to anyone else?

Those can just be awful imo. I got all of them in about 7 hours the first time and stayed in there for days the second.

I spent days upon days camping these for the chest iirc. Camping green mobs is no fun
