Twink Paladin Question

Also 55 is the easiest level to gain aa's on for almost every class, especially true for twinked out paladins. Sauga had 250 aa's or so at 55 from soloing lasanth mutants and grouping in firegrotto elemental area(lol)

Really noticable old-area-xp-penalties almost everywhere + general xp penalty from having more than 50 and again 100 AAs can make life miserable if you arent the patient typ(I am).
Additionally you're competing with 65s for attractive areas like CC/EW-orcs/DN-rats/Lab.
If asked ingame I recommened get RS3 at 51,then rush to 65.Saw players who definitly
sucked at playing their toon making 65 + ~200 As in less than a month occasionally. No,no names. :)
(Still wish they would lower the requirements for VE to mod maps to provide a bit more variety
in the 50s)

Crystal caverns is really underrated, it has a decent number of mobs/nameds and a decent respawn timer. The spiders are easy to solo, but they are fairly annoying with their unresistable root. Orcs come in many pulls and are dangerous due to casting fear. Terrors/dwarfs are not that bad.

Geonids hit way too hard/too much hp to be worth it.

Recently rediscovered CC. Went exploring the tunnels where the harder gems are. Got a pretty good little dungeon crawl out of it. Gonna get some folks and go terrorize the dwarves on the other side of that gorge soon. Like most folks it seems, I used to just deal with the spiders coming down, go kill the named spider, then do Orcs and kill Ughan and Chillfin. There is SO much more here.

Is a nice rotation can get going 2 named spiders, chillfin, Orc named, then terror named. Can keep all these down and get back to the first spawn and have a little me time.

Most of your problems in fact apply to 65 too, the difference here is you can cash out on significantly easier zones(Freeport, lasanth, etcetcetc). Some classes(read:paladin) are absolutely INSANE in their ability to exp at these areas and can just horde tons of aas and not be that gimp ass 2aa tank in dn.

Non tanks I would recommend bite the bullet and just hit 65 and deal with it but when you have the option of having a head start..

I don't know if you intended to hit 65 eventually and actually play the character in which case I would tell you that buying a charm or saving it up would infact be the best thing you could do most likely in the long run.

Going from top tier top dog hot shit at level 55, and hitting 65 everything no matter what ends abruptly because you are suddenly shit no matter what unless you went and farmed a full set of raid gear and 300~ aa's at 55.

This is so true. I think especially for the Paladin. I had a Paladin with few AA's in Warpmetal armor and he just sucked at 65. Outright embarrassing. Definitely right to stop for AA's & gear before trying level 65 stuff.

I won't get many chances to raid on this Paladin so I think I will be using these bought gears for a long time.

I forgot about freeport, thats an excellent place to aoe at!

There is no reason to level any of my alts when I can box T9 toons should I ever require a healer/tank/dps. At 65 they will simply be averagely geared and not really anything special. They're just fun little guys to mess around off and dump plat into, which was probably a mistake since I could have a juggo if I didn't make them.

What "cheap" haste options are there that give good tank stats? Cheap being 1-6k. Charred Bolster Belt is too much =(.
