Traps !

If there is a trap at trival 60, what level of sense traps do i have to be to get level ups.
If i use my own set trap, which one do i use that helps me level at 43.
If a trap is 60, how many levels below that will i have to be to disarm it to get levels.
Most tradeskills are clearly defined in this issue, but these in traps are not.
As you can tell i'm new to the Rogue things, thanks for your help.

I'am at 105 sense and set/disarm the next closest to level up those are at highkeep is what the guide says, but the trap on the stairs going to the second floor can not be sensed. Well i'm stuck trying to help my guild, they are needing me to level up these things. Can someone please help.
It seems that the rogues that have done this, have forgotten where the next step is. And the others don't even want to try to level it up. So I'am stuck like Chuck.

Maybe I read it wrong, but a quick glance at the guide shows traps that are within your range in Yaralith and Paw.

Yes but is does not sense either one at 105.
