So incredibly sorry, but I'm sick and tired of being accused of nerfing things for the fun of it. I'm sick and tired of the aggro problems being brought up as a "nerf" or "Intentional" (see that little working as intended sarcastic snirk). Since saying time and again aggro was bugged doesn't help, I figured being insultive might.

I've gotten nothing but lip lately, so I've more or less lost my will to be civil with these people.
 
Id have to agree with Wiz here, all ive seen are complaints about what hes patching, and when he goes and tinkers with it to make it more in line with what the playerbase wants, he doesnt get thanked at all.

Granted, 70% slow is a bit much, but Torpor should only be used when absolutely needed, and if its only used on downtime, then whats there to complain about? It is downtime, so use another heal.
 
On another note, shamans DO get a Close Wounds upgrade at 61-65, so maybe you should try to level up a bit. :p
