Torbas' Venom Blast

This spell, a 54 Necro nuke hits for 675 damage, takes 4 seconds to cast and costs 340 mana. For comparison, my level 49 nuke, Torbas' Poison Blast hits for 668 damage, takes 4 seconds to cast, and costs 230 mana. Clearly these spells are not in line with eachother, if this is intended, I'd love to have it explained.

Could be the resist rate of each spell.

I just checked, neither spell has a resistance modifier I could see.

The 49 one was upgraded and I forgot the 54 one existed. I'll change the 54 one to be in line.
