the Thunder sound doesn't seem attached to anything we can lower except our volume. If I stay up late I have to play with no sound because the thunder wakes everyone up. Now I could play with head phones but after a couple hours they start to get annoying. If thunder was attached to the enviromental sounds so we could lower that or something else it would be cool.

Do you really play SoD with your sound so loud that it wakes everyone up? If it were so loud, getting hit and casting spells would be horrible
 
I may not have explained myself well. this may be client side which if it were I would like to know how to change it. If my sound it set low the thunder is loud. I have enviromental sounds off and the thunder is loud. If my sound is set so i can just hear a spell being cast or me getting hit the thunder could be heard in the next room. This is the problem I am having
