my idea for Ranger Tome 3:
Improved Rangefinder Survivability
something along the lines of: while the ranger is in /stance 4, bird pet takes reduced damage from all sources. Right now pet survivability is a very annoying problem.
Also: for clerics, Manual of Condemnation needs to be reworked.
Right now, cleric bash cap is so low that it rarely lands. On bosses, it never lands. Each rank should increase bash skill cap, and each rank should add a potential secondary effect to "crit bashes"
ie. rank 1 - chance to stun target ala divine stun for 2 seconds. rank 2 - chance to stagger enemy, causing it to recieve 10% bonus damage from all sources for 1 or 2 ticks, rank 3 - chance to give the cleric a 2 tick buff that makes their next damage spell instant cast, rank 4 - chance to primal bash for ~5k. also +50 bash skill by rank 4.
