No, they are probably currently working on the issue at hand. There has yet been a situation that the server had shut down because of over population of players.

Is there a betting pool going on how many posts on the server being down in different forums we can get or something? $10 on 28 total after this entire set of server stuff is over with.

Well right now, and I"m not sure where the blaim for this is, but the server won't let me connect. Its up, but its locked, pity i think I'd found the necro area in newport sewers, or at the very least I'd found a new spot to level up.
