The Pendulum

First of all, I'd like to make it known that I like The Pendulum, its a great weapon and was an excellent upgrade. I think it was worth every copper I spent on it.

My problem however, is that I feel the axe when equipped looks a bit lacking for how cool the name and stats are.

For those of you who do not know, The Pendulum currently looks like this:

I am suggesting that it be changed to a more menacing graphic in game. This one being my favorite from EQlive

Though it is a halberd you could easily pass it off as an axe, and it looks a hell of a lot meaner than the old graphic. And I realize we must also consider that the weapon comes from Rust so it needs to fit into those colors and themes. Perhaps someone else can suggest another graphic more fitting.

I'd like to request the weapon have an effect that increases it's chances to be sold.

Can be Increase Profit: Instant Recast.
 
There are only 3 weapons (that I know of) with this graphic: Kaezualin Axe, Axe of Brawn, and of course, this weapon. The former two are one handers, and the latter is a 2h. The axe is a REALLY cool one hander graphic, and just a mediocre 2h graphic. I kind of like having Axe of Brawn be a "unique" (since no one uses the Kaezulain weapons) graphic, so making this into a larger 2h graphic might be fine. It is kind of small for a weapon with such large damage. Not sure if the halberd graphic should be used, but it does seem like a nice graphic for this weapon.
 
the problem is basically that there are very few axe graphics in the game and it's not so much "picking one" as it is "finding the least shitty looking one". a halberd graphic would be a very silly thing to put on an axe.
 
Well I was just giving an example.

But I do feel it could use a change, since I've not yet run into one person who thought it was a good graphic for the weapon, most people that have seen it are disappointed.
 
Whaat I'd never seen it and had always assumed it just used the executioner's axe graphic from live, you know the one that looks like a pendulum.. Give it that! That or the Wurmslayer graphic.

Agreed. When I first heard the name "Pendulum," I immediately thought of the exe axe. Then I saw it and was sad.

What does exe axe look like? Anyone got a screen?
 
Thanks TM, I really feel that this will make the axe more desirable by players. And for myself, I really like making my character look good, and this will help out alot for my own personal tastes.
