The light blues that aren't

It seems that, at certain levels, the lowest of the light-blues are treated as greens. I'm guessing the server's light-blue equation (to determine aggro/experience) is just barely off from what the client is using. I've noticed this at an earlier levels rarely, but at both 55 and 56, I can confirm that some light blues are treated as greens.

I notice this quite a bit becaus I rely on light-blues for my solo experience. Is there any chance the light-blue levels could be brought in sync with the client?

Yes. I solo 90-95% of the time. I don't even have outside buffs. In any event, you get a message if you were assisted for the kill, plus you should still get experience for a light-blue. It's just greatly reduced if you're not solo.

The behavior at 55 and 56 I noticed on the wyrms in GD I was killing for giant faction. It became easy for me to tell which light blues (as considered from the client) were being considered as green by the server, because these particular "light blues" wouldn't aggro until I was well within the large targetting circle (large because the models are large). The "true" light blues would aggro when I was still standing well outside the colored targetting circle.

Kobex is actually right about this, but it doesn't just begin at 55/56. It has happened to me earlier when I was soloing and I saw a LB. I attacked it and it treated it as a green con. The agro part of it also came into play because it didn't agro like any of the other LB's did, you had to be a LOT closer for it to jump you.

Yea, I had noticed this at select earlier levels as well, but I forgot to write down when it actually occurred. I noticed it more in the later levels since the levels take much longer. I didn't even notice the wyrm thing until a couple of hours had passed.

It was one of those instances where, after I had moved on in level and didn't notice the problem again, I completely forgot about it. Now I'm actively looking for it, so it's much more noticable.
