The Dream Zone down?

I am trying to create a new character, but everytime I try to log into that character after it is created I get kicked back to the server select screen. I can log onto any of my other characters that are not in those zones. Just thought I would report it.

I'm having the same issues. I had just created a warrior and while he was in The Dream I loaded up a UI for him, the one on SoD website, and my computer froze. completely dead in it's tracks. Reboot. I thought it was the UI so I went and deleted it from the directory and reloaded SoD...... the patcher froze... and yup.. so did my computer. Reboot. Can now make it to Player Select Screen. Chose Warrior. Goes through the loading motions. Gets to the point where I SHOULD load in......game freezes.... again so did my computer. I know my comp is NOT a pos (2.13Ghz proc, 1gig ram, blah blah blah) and the gmae has frozen up on me on more than a few occasions so I'm just assuming The Dream is down. I'm going to go try to load into my other character.


*edit* my other character loads fine. must be something with The Dream. *shrugs*
 
I have no idea what the problem is??? I can't get into that account whlie the character is in the Dream zone, but I had someone else try to log into that account out of curiosity, and they could get into that zone no problem at all with that character I could not zone in with. I had them move the character to North Newport, and then i could log onto that character just fine???
 
Have you tried a Repatch All? Seems like you may have a bad file for the zone - I would look to replace it.
 
Is there any special way to get a repatch all to work everytime? I tried it once, and then stopped in the middle so I deleted the files.txt and now it won't repatch everything again when I push the button for repatch all. It just does its normal check and goes straight into SoD/EQw window.
