The Day after I threw away my EQ Backup...

..I find SoD!! Aaaargh! I'm sooo happy you guys are back! But what timing eh?

I won't be playing for a bit yet. I am moving from my beloved islands of Hawaii to either Sacramento, Las Vegas, or Topeka Kansas. Hawaii is going to go through major hell this upcoming year. The federal budget is being cut 50% and state organizations are playing grab the money and sit on it to see who survives this year. Housing is outrageous and the pay is still terrible. I cannot keep burning the candle from both ends. Once I've relocated, I should be around from time to time.. most likely weekends...

Wb hehe.. I did the same thing :\... fortunatly sony has a trial download that you can use. http://eqlive.station.sony.com/

It's only original EQ and 2 expansions (kunark, velious) but you don't have to be logged in to update the patches.

Trial DL

Yah.. Using the free dl should be ok. I have several EQ licenses many times over. Played for over five years on live before I was like "Jesus! I coulda went to college!"

LOL! That definitely made my day...

Anyways - I did the same - deleted my EQ folder finally - and a couple of days later I see that we are back in action.... Needless to say while I did backup my screenshots, I forgot backing up my logfile with my characters COMPLETE history from the day she was created

Heh ya, I have 3 or 4 EQ licenses since 1999 as well. For some reason tho, I crash while playing on Live, but SoD is fine. it's really bizarre. Good thing for me that I need to save money *coughs* to go to University next year.
