explain to me in a very logical way how changing a single number (2) to (3) on the rules page takes more time than going into the spell database and adding duration to all buff spells.

Why not new characters? Same old game is getting annoying.

Of course a T7-T8, 9 tome player would suggest this, spend the time to generate 30+ tomes (including CoP's, when they existed) T11+ gear, Trade skills, and a supreme. Then and only then let people know that a server reset is a good idea.
