Telling me to run Repatch repeadidly

Ever since patch hit a couple days ago the game keeps telling me to repatch over and over.

I havent changed anything, and ive repatched SoD and normal EQ about 5 times each.

Usually i just have to try about 10 times and it eventually lets me through.
 
Like when you are at server select screen? And your getting the 1017 error?

If so I get this repeatedly as well.

I have found that when I have a lot of packet loss, or just outright crappy connection it won't connect to server.
 
I get this often as well.. I never had a crappy connection before (im on a 8meg pipe) This just started happened yesterday to me... not really sure whats going on. But I re-installed teh platinum cd's and re-patched and re-re-patched again... still i get the error and its very slow to zone sometimes now. Before yesterday, I would zone into any zone in about 2 to 4 seconds, not i just get impatient after 30seconds of waiting and exit the game and start the cycle of trying to connect again.

I find if you keep hitting play, play, play, play, play, play it soon lets you into the character selection screen. and then sometimes you have to exit and retry the process again if it loads up to 'nothing'...
 
exact same thing happening to me jimkoz. i have a great connection, and i have to hit play about 8 times til it lets me through, i also zone extremely slow now.

ive re-re-repatched countless times
