Suggestions for Lowbie ENC Secondary Slot

Anyone know of some cheap ones that I should look for on the Listsold? I checked the Resourcarama and SoDWiki. By looking at the stats, I'm willing to bet that most of the items are well out of my range, other than the Book of Spectral Monsters. Are there a few secondary items that are available that are in the 200-300pp range that have Int and Cha? I know there are plenty of items well out of my range, but even my level 60 can't come anywhere close to being able to afford some of these 2kpp items, let alone my lowbie chanter.

I've always been partial to Shield of the Frozen Caverns, but it'd probably be hard to get now since I'm pretty sure doesn't drop anymore.

I think its started dropping again with Crystal Caverns back in the game.

It drops randomly off the tentacle terrors in CC. Uncommon, but not all that rare. Clear them 10ish times and I'll bet you'll get at least one, as well as some of those ghetto frost rift boots.

No problem. I've found that they usually go for 150-200pp.
