Stuck in windowed mode

I did a search and looked for anybody having trouble being stuck in windowed mode but nothing I see so far.

The game works fine, the only problem is that I seem to be in windowed mode and alt+ enter won't get me out, it just kinda flashes a bit. ANy help would be greatly appreciated since I am on a laptop it's awefully small.

I am using Vista, dual core intel processor.

Are you using EQW? If so, don't if you want to play full-screen.
