Stringed Modifiers

There are multiple wind, brass, percussion, and all modifiers out there (non instruments) throughout all of the tiers, but the only stringed modifier that I know of is the weapon from old ToT, which as a weapon, is less than sub-par. I am suggesting that their is one or two items that get a stinged modifier attached to them. Only a few of our songs use stringed, but it would be nice to finally fill that slot with something instead of always just relying on the "all" modifier. If this could be added to existing items, or at least added to items down the road (Sanctum/Kunark), then that would be great!

I'm gonna have to agree with this and a nice place to put string for a start might be the Thaz bard helm. The helm has 10% mind sheild and 2 FT currently but no instrument mod.

Now i'm not a bard but isn't there enough bard mods on thaz gear already? Pretty much Legs/gloves are irreplaceable and I know Wiz is not happy with having items be irreplaceable

yah and there is no string mod on any piece and it's the only missing mod. Also, I said a good starting point and string really isn't a make or break mod.

I'd actually be a big fan of seeing more Actual Instruments out there. You know, those things we used to use before we got all/all modifiers and got lazy.

Agreed. We need more drums! (And maybe other instruments, too)
