Still getting 1017 after all fixes

I've been reading up on 1017 and I followed all the directions on how to fix it, but the error still keeps coming up. The only thing that I did differently is that I downloaded ALL expansions, I'm not sure if this is the problem, so any help would be appreciated.... Thanks

Some (most) has been getting the 1017 error now and then in the last few days because the server has been haveing some lag issues, the cause of it is (from what I've gathered) due to that the CPU has been overloaded (for some reason), I know that it's been looked into and will resolve asap. If you still can't connect then please write again.

yes im still getting it, i just downloaded the patcher again and now the patcher wont work

ok i got patcher working and it downloaded 78 files, and i log in and still get sent right back to server select screen with 1017... WTF
