Spider-man 3 - tonight -

Saw this over the weekend. Weakest of the three movies imo.

They should have left out Venom and just stuck to Sandman. Sandman kicked ass.

Speaking of Venom - Topher Grace? WTF were they thinking...
 
I thought Topher was awesome in the movie....
until he became venom.
At least change his voice better, damn!

That picture is Eddie Brock from an "alternate timeline" thing or something. The Eddie Brock in the comics was a massive mofo (bought some Spider-Man comics back in the day). Hence why Venom is so much bigger than Spider-Man.

Anyway, Topher just isn't right at all...

Though his body grew to near-Olympic standards, his rage remained. Tiring of her husband's incessant brooding, Anne divorced him. Yeah they really tried to combine too many plot lines - in the end they didn't do justice to any one of them. :hmph:
 
I dunno, I really liked it! I've also haerd that they are planning on going more in depth with each character in the next one, so the plot in this one didn't really seem rushed to me, just an introduction. :shrug:

Last time i read the comics it was fire or the heat

this is why Xmen > Spiderman

Nope... it was sound to remove the suit and fire to contain it.

*edit: good thing I can type =P
 
I still think they should have kept faithful to the comics and had Reed richards from Fantastic 4 help Parker remove the suit (using sound AND heat). Then they'd get some free hype for the FF movie coming up. But hey...that's just me...

Of course having Dr. Connors in the movie means there's probably a good chance that The Lizard is one of the next villains.

Well if they do include Mr.Lizard he better be badass. I think it would be lame to show a badass villain like Venom and then drop to Iksarman.
