Spells on this server VS live

Just wondering what general or speciffic changed where made to spells as far as what was added and what was not. For example i assume that the port spells for zones not on this server arent in but what about the quest spells? Bane spells? up to what expansion of spells are available, runes and parchments still in? and are dropped spells still dropped?

Up to PoP spells are on for 1-60. All of them sold except for a few q uest spells, like Staff of the Magi and Disease Slow.

Uber Giant/Dragons nukes are not in.

61-65 are unique (don't follow PoP progression) and drop from high level XP mobs and other high end areas.

Spells that are not around (Like Shaman Self Atk buff line) were intentionally removed.
 
Bane spells for wizards arent in, and for the most part there arent any quested spells. All spells up to lvl 60 are buyable, though shamans do have a quested disease spell(not sure on level). 61-62 spells are dropped by highlvl xp mobs(usually 56+). 63-64 spells are dropped by 60+ xp mobs in certain places, and drop off "trash raid mobs" like random mobs in POT and TOT. Vanilla 65 spells drop off highlvl xp named in eldenals and SL(but are very rare). Ancients and Relics drop off raid bosses, with relics dropping off the much harder ones. Spells up to LoY are in for the most part, but there are quite a few custom spells, and spells that act differently.
