spectral haunters of erimal

What lvl are the Spectral Haunters exactly? Im a lvl 47 druid and they con db but they whopped my butt. Anyone have an idea what lvl they are good to solo at?

They range in the low 50's. The tough part is that some of them are casters and will nuke the crap out ya. My 65 mage took some nice damage from them soloing them for her MQ. =P

I've only known people to kill them for the main quest. The respawn time isn't really good enough to make it a decent solo exp spot, unfotunately.

I generally like to hit them on aisling when I need to do some cleaning or something. Just kill kill kill, vacuum, respawn, kill kill kill, dishes, kill kill kill, perfect timing for that.
