Im hoping that i will get a reprimand for elemantor. First offense for me.. exploiting this bug where i could not be hit very often. Had never ran into a bug so i did not think anything of it.. however i understand now that me killing a broodmother shouldnt be allowed to happen.. i just tried to attack him and when he wasnt hitting me i just thought i was lucky.. pls im pleading for a pardon.. only thing ive ever done was named him wrong.. im sry and will report anything suspicious if i would ever have the unpleasantry of running into another exploit=(. All i noticed is that when i lvled to 45 i became really hard to hit.. and then 46 it was extremely hard for things to hit me.. pls on behalf of Akilli, Elemantors boxing bro, and <Beyond> grant this pardon..
 
Except that you were knowingly exploiting it and trying to decieve the GM.
 
Wow, yeah, I was fighting with Elemantor a few nights ago, and he was never getting hit. It was perplexing as he was five levels below me, and not taking any damage. I was taking aggro most of the time, so I didn't think anything of it. Plus, when I then dumped so weight, I was getting hit much less too, so I figured it was just the weight issue and that's why I was getting hit so much.
 
This bug has been resolved. We're not gonna crack down on people who just happened to be caught in it, but knowing exploiters can expect no pity.
 
For one thing i did not exploit this crack.. i got hit up until yesterday fighting.. the broodmother... so that crap about me not being hit is bull.. Why ban elem.. i spent a ton of time on him.. and taking him away takes away the fun of even playing the game. For those in ruin explaining this bull i dont know what they need to spread shit about.

You should probably have thought about all the time you spent when you decided to jeopardize it by lying to a GM, eh?
 
You are a level 45 tanking a level 60 and you single handedly had it to 50% health before a GM stepped in. Unless you are incredibly stupid I don't see how anyone can see that as being anywhere near plausible. not to mention I have a log of you trying to pass it off as "I'm not exploiting,I'm a monk with low weight and I'm relaly hard to hit", and "I've been doing this for an hour...".


And please don't ever try to get my guildies banned by trying to drag them into your exploiting when you finally got busted.
 
I think this has all been a misunderstanding. There were no hacks involved. I did not perform a crack. I did not try to deceive Spamm. I myself did not understand the problem, how could I explain it to anyone? I have never done anything like this before. Ramblo is mistaken. This was the first time anything like this has ever happened to anyone i know. Again, since i did not understand it at that point, how could i explain the nature of the problem? If I just said to a GM "i cannot get hit by the broodmother" he would just pass it off to Wiz who would most likely not be able to look into it becasue of more pressing matters he must deal with to handle the server. So, instead I was trying to figure out the problem so i could fully explain it when i listed the bug. Smithincar asked me to duel him to show him. I thought for sure that a high-level guild would be able to explain to me the nature of the problem if i displayed it to them first-hand, since spamm ran off and would not answer my tells. So i showed smithincar and some of ruin, and instead Spamm just came back and banned me. If i truly wanted to exploit this, why would i be fighitng something that would only give me limited experience in ratio to the time i had spent fighting it? No, i would have been fighting yellow cons or slightly red cons that would give me the most XP bang for my time. I was attacking a level 60 mob because I thought if anything could hit and kill me, it would be that. Then i could decipher the problem. The other mobs were light blue to me and they would not have been a good gauge as to determine the real problem which would result in to creating a real solution. I was quite testy towards ruin, and i apologize. I was a little heated because i felt that spamm was not understanding the dilemma. I understand now that instead of trying to understand the problem myself and compiling a full bug report, i should instead immediately petition and buglist without further attempting to discover the true problem. I only wish to get Elemantor reinstated, not to be subversive toward a server that is everything i expected. I hope that Wiz and his GMs can now truly see my side of the story and not undeservingly punish me.

First, there are extremely strict guidelines for WR, you(had you been responsible) would have known this.

Second, you lied over and over, i needn't have said that though, as it was obvious.

Third, your name should have gotten you banned in itself ;) JK JK, i love naming policy stuffs hehe.

Last, it is soooooo easy to get back to 45....if you think it will be boring, try another class then. What is that saying about not crying over spilt milk? ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU SPILLED IT YOURSELF lol.

P.S. I wouldn't try bribing (donations...) Wiz or the GMs, as I doubt they would like it.
 
Um, I think you should count yourself lucky you can actually still be allowed to play on WR. In my opinion you've already, in this sense, been given a great gift.

Hey considering u were lying about so many things... if u woulda said yea im a dumb ass i was exploting and left it alone maybe u coulda gotten a suspension for a MONTH but saying o i would been xping and getting xp u where. Being invul is kinda boring too kinda shows that u don't wana PLAY the game by getting better stats and lvls you woudl rather cheat... why play at all then? Then u try and bribe the admins to drop the ban.. if they did that we wouldn't need donators. Considering i don't think u got a ip ban consider yourself lucky and 45 is easy to get to start over and play right... u seemed nice..... make a bard and track then u can do the quest in shadowvale urself.. i don't think i wana help you anymore....
 
I've been thinking about this bug, and wondering what I'd do in his situation. If all of a sudden, I was completlely invulnerable, what would I do? How would I find out? And would I act much similar to Elemantor here...

Is there a specific reason why this happened?

I'm still having troubles deciding what exaxtly I'd do. I'd probably think it was avoidance, up until I realised I wasn't getting hit at all.

Meh, having troubles conveying my thoughts. I just kind of feel for Elemantor in this ruling. If someone told me it was a bug / exploit, I'd stop and discontinue. But, if it was something minor at first, would I get banned for not even knowing that I was cheating the game? Odd.
 
I think common sense was needed. I can see you not even knowing if your XPing and not tanking, hence, your not losing hps because your not even getting hit. However, it's a fact of WR that if you fight dark blues they are without a doubt going to hit you, I'm not even going to speak for reds. If I personal was fighting someone and I realized I wasn't getting hit I would have just went straight to an adim, like it says in the rules. In my opinion, I've been playing on WR since last july or something like that, and I wouldn't ever hold the risk of being banned. Most exploits are very, very obvious. From what I'm hearing here anyone knowing the rules would have realized that in this case, and not decided to "experiment" with it on a level 62 (?) mob, and if I even did see Broodmother, I personally would have stopped after I got it to 10%? It's a red, and it's not hiting me, is this normal?! Hell no, that's so obvious.

Wiz makes it very well known he wants this server balanced, and if your fighting and not getting hit especially against a red it's very obvious that it's a bug/exploit. My observations on this post; Elementor, you seem like an ok guy, but you shouldn't have dug yourself such a deep hole, especially one where you can't get out of. You should have tried to get to a GM privately instead of making a post, unless you were totally sure you would win. I think the best thing you can hope for right now is that this post gets locked. Just reroll, since you've been given that gift and start again. At least this time you'll think twice if you see something odd with the server.
