speaking of valor, what about rust factory

I didn't want to derail the valorb thread, so I started a new one to ask: why did the rust factory key change so that you can no longer port a whole group to the rust? Was it simply to encourage more people to try the zone? I personally could care less; I have a key. It just popped in my head when I read the other thread and thought I'd ask. =p

Oh wow, each member of the group has to have the key to get in?

No, I think one key gets a whole group in, but it used to port them to rust too. Now you have to get them to run there before you can click them in (not that it's a HUGE deal... just strange it was changed).
 
I can't seem to find the quest to get this key anywhere on wiki... could anyone point me in the right direction? My google skills seem to be lacking.

Nice Thread necro....

The quest.. involves killing a named of one of the factions and turning the item you get into a NPC.

Its on the Wiki look harder :)

Uh... I still haven't been able to find it. I'm not even sure of the name of the item, could someone just tell me that and perhaps I could find it on the wiki...
 
you get the mask of hate off robots (Arbitrator Natalus) to turn into undead
you get some gloves off undead (Jalkin, Traitor to the Machine) to turn into the rust faction
i assume you get something off the rust faction (Rust Lord Syinval) to turn into the free machines
