hey, i really like this item... the only thing is, since i've gotten it - i haven't been able to use it :( i was wondering why the haste is outdoors only? i don't think it would make it overpowering (it's only like 10%) to have it be indoors too... and at the higher levels, a lot of the places you exp in are dungeons.

just a thought.
 
It's outdoors only because 10% overhaste (not song haste, it stacks with anything) anywhere you wanted to at any time would be incomparably overpowering. In fact, it would be a must-have item for every single melee on the server.
 
Indeed

This is true, but doesn't haste also max out at a certain percentage? This item would be useless on raids because nearly every melee I'm sure would have the best possible haste achievable by players. The only real use would be in a group with a slight beneficial haste, and possibly for soloing.

Wiz has said there is no haste cap.

I find that my 'tribes' line of overhaste song does not stack with this. Whichever is used overwrites the old one.
