I have been on an extended break from the game. I read the messages on the site and the boards but I can't seem to find a place where the changes have been fully explained. I can always /ooc for explanations but some of the changes aren't so simple. For example, there is the new transportation system, which I think I understand but is there a complete list of shard spots handy? And Athica, I have no idea what that is. Maybe I am just looking for answers to a couple of questions but a stickied post keeping folks up to date would help.

I can tell you about Athica - basically it's a playermade city that everyone has donated for that is at war(?) or something similar with the dark-side. It was founded via the roleplaying guild, Bearers of Truth.
Uhh. It's old Felwithe, so it's located off of Greater Faydark.
