I think this needs a revamp and some clarity.

Without new players having to dig though numerous vague forum posts, most of which are subjectivtive. Where are the new rules?

PuG's or perhaps helping out a friend in another guild, have gone sideways. Frankly it has changed to a guild endeavor now where you cannot associate with people outside of your guild.

I thought the point of the game was to socialise with people and gain their respect instead of telling them, "neah you cant come here, as you arent tagged"

Policy Plaza

You can find raid, naming and general rules along with the general conduct, minor offenses and decency policies on one page on the wiki. However, the policy plaza remains the source for policy information and additional minor rules.

Outside of some content in policy clarifications thread (where users often answer eachother), the threads in Policy Plaza are not vague or subjective. If you do not understand something in policy plaza, ask about it in the policy clarifications thread in the policy plaza. it is like a one stop shop for knowing things.

You seem to be attempting to complain about the new PuG/Raid rules. Some zones are blocked. Some zones are now much easier to PuG. I will not say it is a perfect policy, or that it may not change. However it is the current policy. If you have a suggestion, those are always welcome. Your post contained nothing constructive.
