Being able to de-level so you could group with lower level people would probably be pretty beneficial. You would probably need an NPC that you talk to that gives you a reward for the number of kills you got based off the total xp your character has.
So if a person kills 50 moss snakes with their friend that just starts they go to that NPC to re-level their character and they get a certain amount of bonus xp and plat from it. A fresh 65 character would get let's say 5p per mob while someone with max AA and 80 tomes would get 10p. Just for example.
